How we work

Good objects do not ask for attention every day. They earn a place, carry weight, take wear, and get better when life leaves a mark.

Process / 01–04
01

Reduce

We start with use, proportion, and the room around the object. Anything that does not earn its place gets removed.

02

Prototype

Full-scale mockups test height, reach, weight, shadow, and comfort before final material decisions are made.

03

Make

Material is cut, joined, fitted, and finished in small runs. Variation is expected. Evidence of the hand is kept.

04

Live with it

The final object should become quieter with time. Patina, wear, and repair are treated as part of the design, not damage to it.
